Mosaic is well known and loved in the Ukrainian community in Toronto this is why we are constantly invited to perform at various concerts, festivals and weddings. Of note was Mosaic’s performance at the Ukrainian Art Festival in Rochester, this festival is very famous and it is a privilege to get invited to perform here. Mosaic performed for 4 hours continuously and brought their musical charm to the American audience, which won them fantastic reviews and lots of new fans.
In August 1998 as well as August 2007 Mosaic was invited to perform at the Ukrainian art festival in San Francisco and Sacramento, California. Although the Ukrainian communities in these places are small compared to Toronto, Mosaic brought passion into their performance and there was definite spirit at the festival which made it a great success and a powerful celebration of the Ukrainian culture. The concert was repeatedly broadcasted on television channels in California.
During the summer Mosaic will often perform outdoors under the stars in places where Ukrainian Torontonians retreat for summer leisure. One popular destination is Hawkestone camp site around Lake Simcoe. Where people are cheery and relaxed, They also often perform at Lemko Vatra.
